Andrew Kennedy
Andrew Kennedy founded the business in 2009. Prior to founding Kennedy & Co, Andrew was a national director of DTZ in charge of retail and leisure in Scotland.
Starting his professional career in 1992 Andrew has worked with a large number of retailers, property companies, institutions and REITS notably recently with DTZ Investors at Springfield Quay in Glasgow along with numerous diverse inatructions for institutions such as Legal & General and international retailer Deichmann.

Andrew has worked on many kinds of instructions such as master planning sites for developers and local authorities, acquiring land for hoteliers, food retailers, motor dealerships, drive thru operators and complex land assembly projects.
Andrew has acted for a number of the same clients for the past 20 years is a member of the RICS and is still playing 5 a side football weekly(albeit at walking pace and taken up cycling again.
